**Online Italian Classes (available for A1 or higher students only), taught by native teachers in classrooms equipped with all the comforts and devices necessary for online teaching.**

## Description:

**Online Lessons are addressed only to **students who already possess** a minimum knowledge of the Italian Language (not Absolute Beginners, A0), which is **at least an A1 level (or higher**).**

They consist of virtual lessons, private or individual, taught by native speakers teachers in classrooms equipped with all the comforts and devices necessary for the online teaching.

They are indicated for:

\- all **Ex-Students of the school** who do not want to miss what they acquired during the courses in attendance (during the [**Intensive Courses**](https://www.schoolversilia.com/en/our-courses-school-versilia/weekly-intensive-courses-school-versilia) or the [Foreign Residents’ Courses](https://www.schoolversilia.com/en/our-courses-school-versilia/foreign-residents-courses-school-versilia));

\- the **Newcomers**, who want to review their Italian language knowledge before the beginning of their course in presence ([Weekly Intensive Course](https://www.schoolversilia.com/en/our-courses-school-versilia/weekly-intensive-courses-school-versilia), [Monthly Intensive Course](https://www.schoolversilia.com/en/our-courses-school-versilia/monthly-intesive-courses-school-versilia) or [Foreign Residents’ Courses](https://www.schoolversilia.com/en/our-courses-school-versilia/foreign-residents-courses-school-versilia)), or ahead of the *Entry Test*;

\- for those wishing to do **conversation in Italian**.

## Number of lessons and course duration:

Available in **PACKAGES** (of **5, 10, 15 or 20 Lessons**), Online Courses provide 2 Online Lessons, in 2 separate days per week, in fixed hours and not modifiable.

### **TEACHING MATERIAL:**

Teaching materials (such as homework, sheets, or handouts) are all shared online, or sent via email to the student (before, during or after class).

The **textbook is not included**, but can be chosen with the teacher and purchased by the school (according to the goals that the student wants to achieve).

However, we advise students to come to virtual classes with all the equipment necessary to take notes and to attend the lessons.

### **ENTRY TEST AND CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE:**

*Online* *Entry Test* and *Certificate of Attendance* can be booked apart.

For this type of courses [tourist activities](https://www.schoolversilia.com/en/our-activities-school-versilia) or [accommodation](https://www.schoolversilia.com/en/accommodation-school-versilia) are not provided.

### **REQUIREMENTS AND GOOD PRACTICES FOR ONLINE LESSONS:**

For the online classes is required to have got:

1\) An Email Account (better if **Gmail**) with its valid and accessible mailbox;

2\) A computer or a laptop or Tablet (not a mobile phone), to attend lessons;

3\) stable internet connection;

4\) Headphones.

It is also good practice, in respect of teachers and other classmates:

\- To be ready at least 5/10 minutes before the lesson begins, with the PC (or Tablet) configured and the E-mail box opened and ready to receive your invitation link to the virtual lesson;

\- to have previously tested Audio and Video, to be ready for your lesson.
